CEMMA - Association for the Study of Marine Mammals

This association is a scientific NGO dedicated to the study of marine mammals in the Galician coast. It is responsible for one of the bigger stranding networks in all Europe, coordinates the rehabilitation of Marine animals in Galicia and it is responsible for the estimation of cetacean abundances. This association works in an area adjacent to Portugal, with similar problems and conflicts.
